i agree with kempy , i didnt get on ELDERS back, but one good game here and there isnt good enough, scott should of brought on MO, to run at them last 10-15 min . but a draw away to top of the leauge cant be bad, maybe my expectations are to high, but i really think this leauge is there for the taking:sorted:

We have no alternative to Elder until Monty gets fit so subbing him for someone like Moses (not a good move IMHO) would have meant the whole team changing the way it played...big gamble when you are drawing away to the league leaders so no surprise AS kept him on.

I remember MA used to tinker with the team all the time and as I recall we lost valuable points in the last few minutes as a result more often than not.

If AS felt making a sub would more likley to have lost us the game then won it then he did the right think by me.

Whilst I understand the arguments for not taking off Nathan and changing the shape of the team I actually feel that yesterday he could have done just that, Elder was not winning the ball and had lost his spark, when we played Yeovil we had no Elder and played the ball consistantly on the deck using Macs and Moses's pace.

If we had done that for the final 15mins it would have meant fresh legs against a tireing defence and just might have made the difference between 1 and 3 points,

The ball didn't stick with Nathan enough yesterday but he was still a threat even to the end when he won the free kick that Bennett almost got a touch to. I would have taken off Williams and given Moses 15

Nope but we had the young kid raring to go, there were players who were fecked and we were still in the ascendency, change was needed as Mac and Nat were shot away as were Poole and BJ on the left after 60 mins or so. To be fair Dicksom looked even more knackered than both of them when he came on. We never use subs very well and the hot weather yesterday screamed for change.

ive been to every game so far this season home and away, and at the yeovil game MR ODEMOLA had three friends or family sitting in the front row , at the end of the game he came over to them and was shaking hands, but what im getting at, during the game they were calling him MO..... now i know im not either friend or family but i dont think he would mind me calling him MO. ps. i didnt know he had a injury, aybe he shouldnt of been on the bench at all,
