Can't place the Swiss Chalet pub - I usually go to the Merlin, which is a ten minute walk from the ground and usually has a fair few Brentford fans in there - there is a pool table. The pubs opposite the station are a bit ropey and avoid that dingy hole "The County Hotel" (Arms?) right outside the ground at all costs - an absolute dive.

Ok, we have given up the Merlin in recent visits. Found some strange ones last year to the right of the station about 5 mins away.

I can imagine. Went to the Merlin back in May - much better in there than previous visits. I will check about the Swiss Chalet - name rings a bell but I can't place it - wherabouts is/was it?
