Both midweek games.

Luton was filled with fans who must have got grandad to buy for them (no shade- I got one passed on to me by someone who had to drop out on the morning).

I'm down from 3395 to 2435; down 960.

Not surprised as poor health has stopped me going to many home and away games this season.

Thanks Ed. It’s still a bit mysterious as I’m sure I earned more TAPs last year than 21/22, but if most people are down I guess it won’t matter.

Down vs what ?
Everyone (who earned any TAPs in 21/22) will be down vs last month.
From what you have said you should be up vs July last year.

Is there a way of checking yearly taps instead of going through the account management and adding it myself?

I ask as I’ve lost a net of 300 TAPs but my son who is 9 years old has lost only 20 and now sits higher than me!

he’s either been sneaking out to games without me knowing or maybe there is an issue with the calculations?

Another possibility is that the first year in the premier league I would often convert his child ticket to an adult as he was too young to make some games

Find the email from last year, mine was dated 27th June 2025.

But that will only tell you last year.

My TAPs had dropped more than I expected so I took a look at my purchase history and TAPs and found a couple of games where TAPs hadn't been allocated to me although it was clear that in one case the game would have carried a high TAPs figure. That wasn't reassuring, and I've contacted the club about it.

But I also noticed that on the Account history it was only possible to see TAPs allocated to me after November 2023, so I couldn’t check the accuracy of TAPs allocations for the entire past 4 seasons. It would be useful if the Account history covered all four previous seasons.

It can't as we migrated from SecuTix to Ticketmaster so all detailed history was lost. It should go back to July 2023.

My youngest has lost 610 points from the 21/22 season.
AFAIK.
He attended Valencia and West Ham pre season.
18 home games (he missed Watford at home)
He went to Man.Utd away and Brighton too.

About 340 points give or take 10-20 either way.

He was 6 when the season started so could not attend games without my knowledge.

Do your best to check your points deductions are correct here

Sounds more like 2 seasons worth of deductions maybe?

I lost 450.

No.
I will find out where he was after the first points deductions of 12 months ago and these deductions.
I will email the club with his deductions and will also now check mine and the other STs too.
I suggest everyone do this because Juniors deductions are not right imo.

I wonder how many others are in the same boat without knowing.

Did you get them to move 250 points from your account to the junior's at the time? Or was there any other kind of manual adjustment around that time?
because that would probably be recorded as a 21/22 adjustment and is now wiped along with the points earned game by game.

Thanks for the reply.
No i left all the points alone.
According to the TAPs reductions he earnt more points in 21/22 than he did last 25/26 and he did 18 home games 10 away 2 pre season and an 2 FA Cup ties.
He earned 605 points in 25/26.

He has lost 610 points from 21/22 yet only did 2 aways.
Work that one out if possible.

Of course I cannot work that one out.

Only the club can shed any light but I doubt they now have match by match details for 21/22 in the pre-Ticketmaster world? You may have email evidence of what he bought. They should have one number for each STH for each season - but if you say he should only have earned 350 that season not 610, that doesn't leave you any better off because the number carried forwards is zero whatever it should have been.

The question you might be better off asking is, do the points now on the account now accurately reflect what he has gathered over the last 4 years - August 2022 onwards? They may be able to tell you what the remaining totals are for each season, and you can challenge any if it appears to be too low.

I think we need a bit of luck in all honesty,but we will try.
