Due to the financial implications of our final league position and the fact Everton have something to play for, we really need to go full strength, so no silly lineups with wholesale changes.

However, the risk threshold for resting players to avoid muscle injuries has probably lowered now after securing mathematical safety. So potentially we might see 1-2 drop to the bench a little “unexpectedly”. You don’t know the extent to which players are carrying fatigue at this stage.

Strongest team available and go hard from the start. If I had the choice of a top half finish or putting Leeds down, I would much rather a top half finish and 49 points gives us a solid chance of doing this. That would be another great story on our amazing journey.

Nik Tzanev/Mark Smith (depending on who can turn up)
Strong backline of Chatzitheodoridis,O'Shaugnessy, Raphael Calvët and Javi Venta, perfectly blending European lower league, experience and pace.
2 in midfield of Marcos Tebar and Jermaine Udumaga
Emmanuel Ledesma on a 1 game contract on the left, Leandro Rodriguez to score at least 1 goal a season, partnered by none other than Tommy Smith (Subbed off for Chris Long at HT as can't last a full 90) and Gogia on the right
