I agree but would start with Kev if fit. Hunt has played well in his absense but its no coincidence that we have not won since Kev has been out!

If fit then KOC must resume his excellent CM partnership with Bean. In the absence of an obvious choice for RM then perhaps Hunt's form and his set piece options could earn him a start there. Could then introduce Dobbo or Smith later on if required.

Team vs Exeter
Exeter play 3-5-2 [ obligingly they say so on their website]. They also play football and not route one. Powell was brought in vs Bradford to counter their long ball game and physical size. I wouldn't be surprised to see Phillips return and we need Halls back to help us retain possession or we might be chasing shadows in midfield.

I can see us starting with Williams and Clarke up front Saturday (nearly said tomorrow as it seems like Friday today)
Not sure about Powell, might be worth keeping him there with Halls either in midfield or right back
Difficult one as they don;t have a great away record of late but we don't want to go all guns blazing....or do we??

As per Super J apart from S.Williams in place of Spencer - That gives us 2 quick goalscoring forwards with Dobson and Wood putting in the crosses - I think S.Williams starting gives us a more attacking formation.
With Spencer in we win 2-1 - With S.Willimas starting we roll em over big time.
I wish it was Saturday - 11.00am as I would just be getting in me car !

The Scottmeister will get it right with the formation and team.
Now of more importance what suit will Andy be sporting this weekend. I know he likes the Italian cut but I'm hoping he goes for a more traditional Saville Row number with a bit of a pin stripe going on.

Personally I would play Phillips today, then put Powell back in against Fletcher Monday

Seems to me there are 4 positions for Scotty to make any sort of decision on.
Phillips or Powell
Halls or Osborne
Williams or Spencer
Who to play right wing.
Personally, I'd go Powell, Spencer and Halls with Dobson on the right. Dobson on the basis that nothing else we have tried on the right recently seems to have worked that well so possibly a gamble.
Couldn't really argue with any other combination though which is testament to our strength in depth

How anyone can possibly contemplate a team without a fit KOC in it is totally beyond me ....the guy has had his best season to date alongside Bean and that partnership has been the pivotal point of our season
