We had too many bodies in the middle of the park against Gillingham and gave them too much space out wide. I think Venta needs a fast natural winger who can track back to protect him, and Fillo is that player, whilst Venta's accurate delivery alongside Fillo's overlapping runs could be a menacing offensive option. For this reason, a centre mid has to be sacrificed IMHO and McCormack and Forshaw are essential to the team at the moment, so by process of elimination I would take out Saville. Apart from that the rest of the team picks itself. If Farid was fully fit and the game wasn't against Walsall I'd be tempted to start him ahead of Grigg. However, neither are true so Grigg gets the nod for me.
