Probably correct - JV did mention something about this which seemed to indicate that leeway could be granted due to the unusual circumstances we find ourselves in at present but we will definitely be playing at LR next season whenever that is.

That would assume that the key milestones that trigger this have been achieved. In these unusual times, JV should perhaps have been a tad more cautious with his words. Optimism is not always the realism!
