The Home end

Whats the general feeling re the name of the home end at GP next season. I think that to call it the Royal Oak end is an insult to the memory, of the magnificent old stand that was destroyed some years ago. At the same time I don't fancy standing at the 'Wendy House' end. Anybody out there with any thoughts.......

What about 'The Hive'? or something like that.

Bearing in mind where we might be going the season after then surely there is only one name:

Well as we have one season with it,why don't we call it 'Not Quite The End'...

also can I suggest a swap deal with Sam`s bar
in Cardiff?

I'm with you Railway Side Bee. It's not the Royal Oak and if it's the home end, "Wendy House" doesn't sound right, so it must be the Brook Road end.

Only a suggestion, no need to be @rsey about it! No I didn't design the badge - by the way what would you have on it then smart@rse?

No to the Royal Oak - I am too young to have actually stood on it but you cant compare such a magnificent terrace with the 'shoebox' end (another suggestion there)

What's wrong with Brook Road? That is, after all, what the stand is actually called.

I don't see why the name should change just because there will be home fans in there. Are we changing the name of Ealing Road just because it will accomodate away fans now?

Why have we only just got back our home end. It was traditionally our home end and to top it all off we make our own fans stand out in the pissing rain at times. suely something is wrong with the organisation????
