Mark Peters did have an excellent future. Very talented young individual, but what let him down was his attitude.

I like the sound of this signing.
Just called a very famous comedian, who is also a season ticket holder at Ipswich and he reckons we have one hell of a talented young player aswell :sorted:

Of all the signings Mr Butcher has made so far, this one and the other loan deal with the defender from Charlton, sound excellent.

So when did you compare Moore to Smith and couldn't we have both?
Moore is a a possible young loanee (maybe only for a month as cover for injured Pead & Poole) who might not cost that much at all. :confused:

If aimed at me you've over reacted, as I stated it's the right way to go and am all for bringing in promising youngsters from a bigger club but warned against getting carried away, given the lad has played only one first team game.

However if your mate is proved right and I truly hope he is we should offer him a scouting job

Perhaps he's one of the 'trialists' mentioned in TB's rare and brief statement on the OS today? Alternatively, maybe he's gone somewhere with a 'bigger budget'?!!! :fishing:

The way i read the posting on their website, is that he's been given the greenlight to sign for us, it doesn't say we have actually signed him :nono:

I have spoken to an Ipswich fan at work today and he has never seen him play and hasn't heard of him. Any more and I'll post it as quick as I can.:sorted:
