The squad
Well its becoming pretty evident that the team is becoming very stretched with the amount of players out injured and suspened. So where could Brentford go to stabislise the team?!
Sell to buy in?! - Probably not the best option as past transfer money has not all been made available and would have to wait until January before anything happens. Obvisously Clyde Wijnhard is on trial.
Bring in the youth - Well Leroy is doing it, but its putting enormous pressure on them and could damage there confidence in the long run if results don't go there where. But I have always been a huge supporter of this move. For example look at the players that Forest gave a chance, and look what happened to them.
Loan players - May have to be the main option. We have seen Simon Cox brought in, but is being used in the wrong position. I have done abit of scouting around and probably found a couple of players who may fit the bill.
Ross Gardner - Nottm Forest midfield,
Non League - May have to resort at looking at the Non League football for players, if the directors and chairman could scrap a few thousand together.
Discipline - Got to really clamp down on yellow and red cards. Brentford can't really afford players to be suspened especially when players are getting injured before the game, i.e. Rhodes.
Coaching - Jim Stanard has got to go full time for the benefit of the goalkeepers. But obvisously this costs.
There is alot of different factors that are contributing to the team so far. But feel free to discuss them here. You may agree/disagree with me, but I want to know what you guys think.

Exactly the same as me. I was not sure to begin with, but after hearing what he's got to say he speaks sense, and will do a good job for us. As for the squad...If any team loses four of their most influential players they are they are going to be hit hard by it! I think its honestly down to our key players being missing thats all. I'd be more worried if these were playing and not getting the results. I think at this moment we haven't got much to worry about as we are expecting 3 of them players back very soon. I don't think we should look to much into it and just put it down to this. Any team in our league would struggle in our situation, and I think we can count ourselfs lucky that we have got the points that we have got already, taking into consideration our players missing..
