I don't know exactly what sort of advice you're after, you can buy the software that this board uses from vBulletin, I think a basic license is US$130. I've never run one of these boards, though, so I can't offer much more advice than that.

Davebee, what's the point in saying things like that? I don't know if this guy has been a knob in the away fans forum in the past or not, but he's just after some advice.

EDIT: I partially retract what I said above after reading some of the crap he posted in the away fans forum, but at least he seems to be being a bit more respectful this time, maybe because Banana threatened him if he was abusive again?
