Obviously there are some big clubs TF could go to, and which of them may have some vacancies. I thought I would list here all the "bigger" clubs and their managerial situation

• Real Madrid – Appointed Xabi Alonso after Carlo Ancelotti leaves over the summer. (100% secure)
• FC Barcelona – Hansi Flick (100% secure)
• Bayern Munich – Vincent Kompany (100% secure)
• Manchester City – Pep Guardiola (100% secure)
• Manchester United – Ruben Amorim (Claims it's been agreed he's staying next season)
• Liverpool – Arne Slot (100% secure)
• Paris Saint-Germain – Luis Enrique
• Juventus – Igor Tudor
• AC Milan – Sérgio Conceição
• Inter Milan – Simone Inzaghi
• Chelsea – Enzo Maresca (may be at risk from the crazy club management)
• Arsenal – Mikel Arteta (100% secure)
• Atlético Madrid – Diego Simeone
• Bayer Leverkusen - Ten Hag (appointed after Xabi Alonso left for Real Madrid)
• Tottenham Hotspur - Ange Postecoglou (Not yet had renewal talks)
• Nottingham Forest - Evangelos Marinakis (well, they are a big club so they tell us)
• Leeds Massive United - Daniel Farke (danger of mad club management here means Farke may be moved on. Notwithstanding that Chairman Paraag Marathe publicly declared “He is my man” and confirming Farke will lead the club in the Premier League next season.)

Do any of the above have "insecure" managers? And have I missed out any?

From the noises from Pep I wouldn't be surprised if he were on his last contract with ManC (his bemoaning actually needing a bigger team to cope), and at Arsenal the fanbase appears to increasingly be contemplating turning on Arteta and the lack of trophies doing his time there, and that could become be spicy if there's not a strong start next season ...

Both of those seats could reasonably be get increasingly unclear doing the next year, although probably won't be this summer onless outside forces pushes

Nah ... Riemer have still been there for such a short time, that Denmark would have absolutely bottle the qualifications, with no injuries crisis to blame, for the seat to be available ... realistically that seat won't be 'up for sale' before after next European Championship at the earliest

I genuinely think if Man Utd were smart they’d go for him once Amorim fails by November. Chelsea is an option too possibly but I don’t think Maresca is doing a terrible job ultimately…. The teams they’re finishing below, you’d possibly expect them to.

There’s really limited jobs in English football that would offer more than we can in quality of life for TF, in fact I’m not sure there is one.

He’s a smart bloke and I know money’s useful, but I get the impression it’s not his number 1 driver.

I wonder if anyone else in Germany might be a threat? Presumably the champs league clubs might be able to tempt him. I think RB Leipzig just replaced their manager (and announced the new one) so hopefully off the table.

I always lent towards one of the big German clubs for him. Lot of them like Leverkusen/Dortmund focus on youth which we know TF likes and they normally are in Europe. However currently no seats available in Germany. Kovac took over Dortmund recently and has relatively turned thier fortunes around.

Man U is a complete circus I think TF will understand and see that. The only one I think he'd fit in well with is Arsenal but I suspect their fans would not agree. Deluded uneducated bunch. Areteta running out of time no trophy in 5 years.

I think Europe so maybe Borussia Dortmund or just promoted sleeping giant Hamburger SV in Germany though both have settled managers. Ajax a good shout earlier but cannot see Italy or France for Thomas. Spurs or Chelsea in the prem but unlikely.

Yes agree, there are limited jobs in English football. On that aspect, Thomas will not be on bad money at BFC, indeed I would expect it is an excellent salary. The difference between what he gets here and what he could get elsewhere has to be set against his present situation. He is responsible entirely for the current team and the project continues. He has the full support of the club, a job for life, and perfect working conditions. A European tilt sometime is not out of the question. I cannot see him moving this summer.

The pragmatist says he will take a major payout deal at a big club to secure his families future, before moving into the national setup.

The crazier side of me thinks he will move to a smaller club to have the challenge of building/rebuilding them into a top top club. There's apparently a team around Salford who fit that criteria right now.

He could also go for "quieter" career options of back into youth coaching or media work, he would be well respected in both.
