Some people have reported that they have deposited their tickets. But I cannot find the Exchange on either the Ticketing website or the Bees App. No problem in downloading the digital ST. With just over a week to the Villa game, surely the exchange should be open to all?

Don't think exchange tickets are available separately to normal tickets. So you just go to buy a Villa ticket and exchange seats are shown alongside normal tickets. Or at least that's what I thought.

Yes that's correct. There may be a question of if exchange tickets are currently being shown however.

Yes, all on the normal ticket site now, just that they were shown in different colours before, purple for exchange seats, green for others.

Same for me, can't put my seat to exchange. "Manage tickets" and "notications" are empty in the ticket site.

Have my ST in Google Wallet and used the app to do that.

Just tried it on ticketing site & works fine.

Works fine on the Apple App too. However I don't have Villa in there, just Chelsea. No idea why.

You have to select the ticket and then the menu appears at the bittom

Another place I found (completely by accident) the option to list on the exchange is in the yellow card dashboard.

I put Dad and Lad tickets on the exchange this morning for the Villa game, I've heard nothing back yet, guess they haven't sold yet!

I got the reply this morning (at 8:18 Finnish time). Asking screenshot, and when I went to ticketsite, Aston Villa is available to manage. It was not there eight hours ago.

So, at least the system works partially. Called them four times, used the call back option but never got called back. The problem for me is that waiting in the queue costs me, and e.g. 60 minutes waiting time is 15€ which I am not going to do.

Last season. Bournemouth, Wolves, Southampton and Palace (first game!) were all under 17,000

2023/24 v Wolves and Arsenal were under that figure v Villa.

Loads of empty seats in S108 & 109, even ones that hadn't been listed on the exchange. I'd been keeping an eye on it as I'd had to buy my lad a ticket a few seats away from my ST spot and was looking for two 'spare' seats together, no worry in the end as the seat next to mine that was never listed for general sale or put on the exchange was empty at kick off. Two seats next to that were also empty until two blokes showed up on 35-40 mins with paper tickets.

As per this post I made in the Villa ticket thread I believe there to be an issue with exchange tickets being shown when you go in to the ticketing site Tickets - Aston Villa (H) Tickets might have impacted sales if others are experiencing the same ?‍

Yep, posted three tickets on the exchange and they all sold (and were sitting next to me!).

This isnt a technical.query more a suggestion. The principles behind the ticket exchange are sound. The ST holder who cannot attend gets their money back, other Bees members have access to the games and the club benefits from any upgrade fee by charging full match price for the ticket relative to the refund. Not sure how much this amounts to for the club (probably not much relatively speaking) so is there any way that the funds generated by upgrades could be used for charitable ends? The club could contribute to worthy causes and the ST holders could perhaps opt.for their "refund" to be donated also? Just an idea.

Yes, had the same for Villa game, contact the office and they will do it manually for you. Told me they would get their technical people to look into it.
