Ticket question vs QPR

Hi, Jonny from Sweden here!

Me and my brother will fly in on saturday 22th and would love to see the derby against QPR. I've seen that you can only book tickets online if you have a ST or previous purchase.

What would be our best shot to get tickets for the game, will it be sold out or can you buy them at Griffin park a couple of hours before kick off? Any special place to hang out to get hold of spares people might have.

Any help or information on the subject would be highly appeciated.

Contact the club they are pretty accomadating to people wanting to come to gp when visiting from other countries

There is another poster on here who I hear is the UK representative of the Hammerby ultras so if you post in Swedish he will check with his network over there, verify you're a Sven and not some filthy little scuzzbucket from Shepherds Bush and just possibly the resistance will help you. Lycka till as we say.

"Lycka till" works fine on wordreference.com. Not sure about "dirty little scuzzbucket". :confused: lol

Not sure I dare to - since I support one of Hammarbys biggest rivals Djurgården. But thanks anaway ;)

Edit: My brother is a Hammarby supporter though so maybe it could work out :)

You can't get on with your brother if he's one of them ?


We couldn't sell out our allocation at their place, apparently if wasn't that important to many, so can't see it being a problem getting a ticket at home.

He is a right nasty piece of work, he will be leading the march through the streets in a couple of weeks...armed with his green flare held high

Jag jagade DFG runt Ostermalm manga ar sedan, tillsammans med rattor fran Solna. Det finns bara ett lag i Stockholm .... :-)

Told you before don't type under the influence! Bjorn Borg, Abba, Saab, Ikea, gravalax, Britt Eklunds bosoms and Ralf Edstrom is as Swedish as I get.

I was actually at that game... :( Was more fun in 93 though, chasing your lot back across the pitch at Soderstadion..... rofl.... Hasn't been so great the last few seasons though and not good when your players complain about Hammarby fans singing too loudly.. :cry:

Your more than welcome to have a drink before the Ra Ra game. There isn't many games when i don't have some Swedes, ex-players and supporters over for a visit...

That would be really nice, thank you. I think actually that we might have some mutual friends...

I'm sure we do. If you know any of the old school Tumba boys, then we'll have mutual friends..

My ex who was a Swede, hence my 8 years in Stockholm was a friend of Stefan Rehn. That's as close as I got to following Djurgarden when i arrived. Although I do have a horrible secret in that I did go to quite a few Djurgarden Ice hockey matches back in the day. Primarily to watch Mats Sundin before he disappeared to the NHL...
