Ticket Website Issues

Firstly, apologies if there is already a thread for this. I had a quick look and couldn't see one. Feel free to move the post.

Basically, I am hoping someone can help me. I can no longer access the ticket part of the website as it thinks I am a robot. Previously this happened on my mobile, but I could press a button to verify, then the button disappeared.

I got around this by using my laptop as it worked in there. Just to access my account today to grab some tickets and transfer my ticket for the weekend, but even on my laptop it is now saying I am a robot and the button is no longer there, meaning I cannot access the website in any of my devices annoyingly.

I have tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, Android phone and PC laptop but no joy, so I currently can't even buy away tickets or view my ticketing account. I have cleared cookies multiple times and accepted cookies.in the website but no joy. I have called the ticket office but no joy.

All very bizarre but has anyone else faced this problem and managed to solve it?

Bleep, bloop, bleep.....

No idea. Isn't it supposed to be something about how you have been using your browser or internet connection? Have you got any kind of browser extensions, adblock or anti-tracking software on it or running through a VPN? That would be my first thing to check.

I’ve previously had the same problem and solved it by disabling the IPv6 on my router - sounds technical but actually quite easy - google it

Have you tried mobile on 4g/5g instead of home network?

I'm not using a VPN and tried in mobile data as well

I'll Google disabling the thingamajig on the router.

For anyone who is interested and is still having problems with the site being blocked - I’ve finally managed to resolve my problem. Contacted my ISP - who gave me instructions to disable IPv6 on my router - this can be done by logging into your router online. I didn’t actually need to turn this off, just reset and renewed and this solved the blocked access problem.
Apologies to those who are reading this and have no idea what I’m talking about - it was new to me as well but my ISP gave good clear instructions so if anyone is still being blocked it might be worth trying what I did or contacting your provider to ask them how to get round the problem.

Here’s an issue I just encountered: the button to filter for accessibility and exchange is masked by a rectangle until it’s clicked on. Not very accessible!
