We're just on second fix of a conversion and have to move in week Monday .We need to get two bathrooms habitable and working to pass building control .After that work there's two more bathrooms , kitchen floor and walls, hall will be tiled as well as utility .Has anyone got a couple of free days next week ( or this Weekend),or could move some other work to find time and is good and cheap ??

In my experience
If you find a GOOD tradesman, they are not cheap ( they don't need to be )
if you find any tradesman that can start work immediately you should wonder why they have no work
sorry but GOOD and CHEAP seldom go together, but goodluck.

If you find a GOOD tradesman, they are not cheap ( they don't need to be )
if you find any tradesman that can start work immediately you should wonder why they have no work
sorry but GOOD and CHEAP seldom go together, but goodluck.

Found one for now ,they all seem to charge by the metre .One bloke wanted £42 pm , got it done for £30 pm , still a lot of money I think . The panic bathroom is done so if any one wants to come and quote for the other bathrooms and rest of the house please let me know
