Tom Adeyemi

Does anybody here know what his contract situation is at Norwich?

Does it expire at the end of this season?

Reason I ask is am interested to try to gauge what chance do we have to sign him up on a permanent contract...any ITKs know the answers please?

Don't know but i hope we sign him...took a while to appreciate him but now is a certain starter every week

He's now fully justifying the faith the management showed in him. Always showed glimpses of talent but has now added consistency and presence to his game. Has found form at exactly the right time for our promotion run in. Would be another great signing if we could.

I would sign him in a heartbeat. The thing I like about him is that I'm not sure what kind of midfielder he is. He brings a whole variety of different attributes to our midfield

I think he was recently quoted in the media that he'd like to be with us next season, either as a permanent signing or a loanee with a new Norwich contract... but then I suppose most loanees would say something similar unless they are confident of a first team place at their parent club

Like Harlee, he would be the ideal player to build a future around; never afraid to tackle and thinks a lot quicker than most at our level. With more experience, he'll reduce the bookings he collects.

I must say I was very slow to like him..didnt really see what he did apart from run around a lot and wanted to see Toumani start more...but he has been fantastic lately and you couldn't leave him out at the moment...

Didn't rate him much at first best player in last two home games. I'd sign him up on a three year contract pronto.

He a class act and will get even better. Tom is destined to play at a higher level..............hopefully with us. The Norwich site says......" An option has been activated in his contract keeping him at Carrow Road for another season". I assume that means to 13/14 ?

I reckon that activation clause was for this season as that article was written last July

I always liked him he is so powerful and previously would be effective just by frightening players however it only worked against light-weight midfields. Now he is adding more to his game which is why he's being appreciated a lot more.

The lad is better than most realise and a black Roy Keane.
He's intelligent, decent and an athlete and destined to play at a higher level than league 1

With all due respect real supporters appreciated Marcus effort and contribution but it's an insult comparing him to Tom IMHO.

Always thought there was a player in there.

One who had a habit of disappearing though. Glad e seems to have addressed it.

At Crewe he f***ing bullied the lot of 'em. It was a case of 'Thats my ball, thanks'. Dont think he lost a tackle all game? Top lad!

Thing I've always liked about Tom he always looking to go FORWARD with the ball, to often our midfield play across or even backwards, but this lad has the confidence to run at them.

Heard the same from my Bradford branch of the family, always looked like there was a player waiting to get out but he never appeared.

I think he has found the right style of team, with the right level of coaching which gets the best out of him.

Been out of this world recently. When most players hesitate on the ball he jumps on that indecision and then runs off with it. Perfect example would be the Notts County second goal, he commits players and then is good enough to play the last ball. He can challenge in the air and has scored a couple of goals this season.

I would definitely sign him, oh and he's young. What more do we want in a midfielder?

Only a knock, so may be back tuesday according to Uwe interview. Been one of our best players in 2013. Hope to see him in Bees colours next season!
