Anyone who was charged £1 for digital tickets should have been refunded.

I ordered a ticket in the same transaction for a wolves home cup ticket and got charged postage for that too. I called the club before Christmas & still waiting for £2 refund, I know it's only £2 but it's the principle.

Cousin who is a STH got a ticket today off the website

And just checked through my daughters account - they are still available

I called the ticket office about the digital tickets for the spurs game they will be emailed the day before by spurs, the refund for the postage will be credited to my ticket account previously I asked it to be credited to the card I paid on, now they tell me this can't be done as it will cancel my transaction completely. Several hours later no refund received.

It was sold out on 20th December per the tracker...

Some extras on sale I think. Also reported by someone on Twitter.

Still waiting for tickets. Checked my account to make sure I didn’t order etickets. Have been charged a delivery fee and as there’s nothing on my account about the type of ticket I’ve purchased I’m assuming that I should be getting a paper ticket.

Hi
We ordered digital tickets and were charged postage I've just checked our ticketing account it doesn't say what type of ticket we brought.
I called the club last week as we hadn't got the tickets spurs will email the digital tickets to us the day before the game, they also reminded me how many weeks it is until the fixture.

Check your emails. There's nothing on my ticketing account to say I bought an eticket for Spurs.

The digital stuff at Everton previously worked fine. Should be ok unless you aren't prepared or turn up pissed as a newt. So on second thoughts....

Still waiting for my quid back ? not much, but definitely a bigger % of my bank balance than it is Brentford's.
