Well at least he wont have to worry about how many subs have been used as I believe they are rolling at this age.

Did HC notice and bring it to the attention of the officials/authorities? Did we confess afterwards in the hope of mitigation?
We could have cited care and welfare of young players, as it was the 97th minute, and it reads as if the ref was going to play on until we equalised!

Someone in the Italian cup a few years ago made too many subs - at the time you got an extra sub opportunity in extra time... but in that competition the rules only allowed for 5 in total (I think that was the FIFA position at the time and has since changed... but don't quote me on that).

Anyway they got in trouble... possibly thrown out of the competition.

In that situation, like here, it seems strange that it's not down to the referee to make sure they know what is or is not allowed.
