- I have little clue but I have heard that 23 players have won the last 25 majors
- The last 10 Masters were from the top 30 players, stolen from last years thread

Of my 3 bets last year Xander Schauffele was the only success finishing tied for 3rd

So I have put my only bet so far on him each way.
Bet365 (1st 8 places) 22/1
But I have gone for SkyBet (11 places) 18/1

A 3 shot lead against a chasing pack of say 6, or 7 is pretty slender but against just 1 (Smith) when the next challenger is a further 2 back is significant. Still, have seen enough with that erratic tee shot on the 18th to think tomorrow could have a few twist and turns yet although, also possibly one of those days where the challengers only ever get to within one or two shots rather than ever leading or pulling level.

Yup. A great round, but as he knows, winning a major is about consistency. One good round wins you nothing.

Played far too conservatively in the first three rounds. Didin't attack the pins and paid the price. Sure he went for it when he realised that he had little, or no chance of winning. Very decent round non the less and shows that he still has what it takes to win on the big stage.
