He looks like he can go half a second faster too![]()
He never runs to the line.![]()
Bolt still looked round though. He can run a 9.4 I reckon. To put it into perspective see how much you can do in 10 seconds.
Man Utd fan![]()
To be fair, he does live nearer than many a Man U fan and he's been to more Man U games than most (he's been to one hasn't he)![]()
Is this the same Man United who have sold out every away game since the start of the prem ?
Over 1 second has been knocked-off the 100m in just under a century

Yes it is, but what's your point?

I wonder how fast they will be running the 100m in 900 years time?![]()
we'll be teleporting ourselves around by then![]()
I won't, I'm likely to be fossil fuel by then.![]()

It will still take you 3 hours to get home from my place though.

My point is that yes they have a lot of out of town fans but all sucessful clubs do. I remember all the Liverpool shirts around Brentford estates in the 70's. Whenever i have been in Manchester it is mainly red i see. No Coat lived there and says the same. The majority of their away support are locals and to sell out every game is no mean feat ( Barca and Madrid don't ). I think the "all United fans live in the home counties " mantra is rubbish.
its not really a skill is it running not like football or golf or most other sports, he just bombs it for 9 seconds and thats it

Good man Nick, but you miss a couple of points - The first, one of taking the mick. Not all scousers are tea leaves but it's good to wind them up about it. Not all sweaties are tight but it's good to wind them up.
A lot of Man U's support (home and away) actually comes from Manchester but a hell ofa lot more comes from nowhere near there. That's because (or maybe why) they are a big/the biggest club in the world. I would say a significantly higher percentage of Man Citys support is from or around Manchester
The other point is that, whether you like it or not, Man U do have a lot of supporters from the South East, the South West or wherever and many of them dont go. It grates me to see coaches heading up from, say Torquay or Hereford to Old Trafford when their local clubs would dearly love their support.
Anyway mate, there is only one team that counts. See you tonight.
19.19 in the 200m!![]()
The guy's a phenomenon...Enjoy him when you can.
I agree, enjoy it until the litmus paper turns blue.
Imagine it - the bloke held up as the saviour of track and field finishes it off completely.
For some reason, I believe he's genuine but I thought that about Marion Jones too.

He can definatly(sp) go faster, he seems to ease up just before he crosses the line.
Talk of him on the radio last night of even going for the 400m.

Judging by his behaviour immediately before the race, he could do with the occasional dose of ritalin, or perhaps an early night without any tea and television.
yeah, or maybe cutting out the chicken nuggets.
Ben Johnson, Carl Lewis, Maurice Greene, Tim Montgomery, Linford Christie, Dennis Mitchell, Dwain Chambers, Marion Jones.

Usain Bolt has received rave reviews on TV and in our San Francisco press. Caribbean track stars are frequently seen in the States and many have attended US universities so many of them are familiar figures in the US track world. No doubt the Yanks will desperately be trying to find any evidence of any drug misuse amongst the Jamaicans including Bolt.
They will not take kindly to being displaced as the worlds' sprint champions in such humiliating style.
