I get the feeling that the problems don't lie in El Tel, but in the players themselves.
Everything I've heard, from the Viduka / Kewell argument, to Dacour this weekend, the criticism has been aimed towards individuals in the team and not the manager.
There are serious issues in the dressing room between the players which were there long before El Tel took over, of which we'll never truly really know. And I'm sure if the transfer window wasn't in existence, then we would have seen a revolving door installed at Elland Road.
If Leeds are going to get rid of Terry, they have to do it way before the window re-opens so that the new man has time to work with and assess who they want and who the trouble makers are.
