Presumably the is one of the games where the allocation is under 3,000…

Ticket Sales pushed to Monday to accommodate resumption of Chelsea tickets.

Do we know what new limitation this is? Did we not purchase the "sales suspended halfway through purchasing to play against a club sanctioned for funding a war" module?

I believe that it is that you can only have one restriction at a time. So you can't have 3,800Taps for one match and 2,000Taps for another

@hobbsy ?

I think that problem only exists with Cup matches where you need to reserve existing seats.

This is probably just to ease the burden on the phones for the Box Office.

Plus, selling two different products, with finite availability, to essentially the same audience, essentially making them choose which transaction to complete first and then rejoin the queue might upset some people…

Watford would have been guaranteed so no need to rush.

That's a very small guaranteed window compared with the usual sales process, combined with a smaller allocation than usual I can see a few people missing out.

I wonder how many people fulfill the ST + 3,800 TAPs criteria?

I thought the initial TAPs level was set so as to guarantee all a ticket. So if there are 3000 tickets and 95% go to STs, there should be 2850 STs with more than 3800 TAPs. I haven’t checked back on the GPG but as there have been about 700 TAPs available so far this season the initial threshold for away games was probably a lot nearer 3000.

For this game there are only 2200 tickets? Nowhere near 3000…

Even smaller as it shuts at 9am tomorrow, presumably to load in the next batch of TAPs holders.

What’s the difference between Away seating and Away Seating (Not suitable for Children) then?

5 bought no idea where

They have a clever algorithm on the ticket website now so OAP in the quiet non standing non Swearing area I should imagine.
