On Saturday afternoon I lost my PDA - that may not sound like much but anyone who knows me will tell you that's like losing half my brain, probably the thing I cherish most after my family (& my cameras)
Today I got a message that my PDA had been handed in by one of the Blackpool players who found it on the touchline & I went & picked it up from GP :bound:
Next Saturday we will stuff Swindon & both ColU & Huddersfield will suffer from the jitters & we will reclaim 2nd place :bound:
Prob'ly![]()

We also went up in 1978, so what happened in 1985 - maybe we got the Freight Rover Final as consolation for being denied our rightful promotion?????BeeAlzibub said:We go up every seven years (?) 92,99, 2006 ?

What? I thought you were there in '67 old man when we were all busy raising money to save the club, in which case you would surely know that the basement was our regular perch in that decade up to the '70s! Of course it counts, it certainly felt good at the time. By your reckoning our promotion in 62/63 when we scored 98 goals and had 3 forwards that scored 22 plus goals does not count either! You ought to have learnt by now that different people have different opinions old man, and do not be so condescending to younger Bees fans. They have just as much right to express their opinions. PMA. Up the Bees!
No, no, no!pimmscyp said:And because Birmingham City are also going to get relegated and " we all hate Brimingham City" and it will be just so bloody good to play and beat them next year!

Dangerous said:we will not go up
(1) The club sell there best asset 3 months before the end of the season
(2) Bees utd have no clue how to run a club
(3) Greg dyke is a poof
(4) we are playing like girls
(5) The players are scared of MA get rid of him I say.

Over 100-thousand votes on coca-cola win a player means we're going to end up 2nd or 3rd out of 84 teams. Donations pay the players at our club. We double Colchester's support every week.
PMA from us lot and we'll do it!

Jak Linsell said:we WILL go up
- Because Colchester are cocky bastards
- Because Matt Harrold is world-class and will score 3
- Because Phil Jevons will also be playing
- Because The Fitness First stadium will be packed with Bees fans
- Because we are due some luck
- Because we are not expecting it
- Because we forked out 50k for Willock and he's going to do something
- Because Brooker reads the GPG and does not want to be slated again
- Because we are due a clean sheet
- Because Bournemouth have a worse team than last year
- Because we all want it so much
- Because Colchester have a need to avoid failure
- Because we have a need to achieve
- Because we usually do well against teams in red
- Because we are playing away and are best away
- Because it is fait that we beat QPR to win the Championship next year
- Because we believed it for a while today
- Because Bournemouth do not score in the last minute
- Because Pratley is playing his last game and wants to stay with us

But maybe just MAYBE that trend can be bucked next weekendGarybaldbee said:How do you work that one out? Nobody has yet landed the knock out punch to our chances but our position has been slowly but steadily eroded in the last couple of months. We've slipped from having a points advantage and games in hand to just a points advantage, then to parity, then to relying on a slip up and now to relying on a near miracle. I think I can spot the trend.....
