I have looked for an email address to ask whether I will be able to take cartons of drink in - this doesn't seem to be included in the Bottles, glass vessels, cans, flasks categories. I couldn't find a regular email address anywhere, so I emailed to '[email protected]' but I got an automated reply that basically said "sod off, read the FAQs"

Am still looking for an email address. I'm not paying £3.50 for a blasted cup of tea!
