I am struggling with my mobility at the moment, particularly walking more than about 10 minutes. I have never been to London Stadium so I’m considering going to this one. I am looking for advice from someone who has been before, what is the nearest/easiest underground station to the ground and how far is the walk from there to the away end?

The closest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR. Google Maps says it is a ten minute walk, it's mostly flat except for a short slope shortly after leaving the station. Hope you make it!

Great support! If you can arrange transportation to Brentford then the coach may be a good option for you. Despite many knocking the coach on this board the service it offers is very efficient for many people

Two over here, looking forward to our annual victory (barring last Feb nightmare obvs) at their sh*thole of a ground.

Pudding Mill Lane on the DLR. This is closest to the away end too. It’s about a 10 minute walk

Well, this ticket news completely passed me by but have dived in and got a ticket! You lot are barking mad if you get the upper tier.

Ticket news like this shouldn't be announced on a matchday. Also, no release on the club's WhatsApp channel. Same old, same old.

Why? What’s wrong with it?

We’ve got two tickets at the front. I thought the view might be better than the lower tier, which we were in last time.

its miles away from the pitch.

Had no problem with it, good fun up there.

yes. but you are the sort that enjoys drinking cans on the way to away games so frankly the further away from me the better.

?
Before buying, I had a look at “A view from my seat” and also checked out the “Football Ground Guide” online. They said “If you can, get yourself a seat in the lower tier or at the front of the upper tier”. Did the lower tier last time so went for the front of the upper.
I’ll report back after the game.

3 tickets purchased and always a good day out. Highly recommend drinking around Hackney Wick, plenty of good places to go and not encountered any home fans only malarkey

Yep. But that's where the club have placed the "Singing Section". From what I have heard, it will be empty

Lower section of the upper tier is probably the best view you can get. Anything towards the top is awful though.

Yep we go to The Tank craft brewery. Large jugs of beer by card only. Long trestle tables and have had no problem with mixing with home fans. Lizzie Line to Stratford and 1 stop on the Overground to Hackney Wick.

You can get parked easily within a ten minute walk if you study the roads nearby.

That'll be because West Ham made that the safe standing section

Anyway X2 purchased from here for lower. I doubt we will get into a photo as iconic as the one when Wissa scored but we will be in the right place at least

AFAIK West Ham run minibuses from Stratford station, no idea if available for away fans though.
