What really hurts...

It's been said elsewhere, but I want to know why it always has to be like this...
It happened against Crewe, against Port Vale and now against Stoke.

If they had wiped us off the park, fair play to them. We'd have come away having witnessed a masterclass, in mourning but no so depressed.
What hurts so badly is that none of those three have played very well to beat us, we have just played f*cking sh*t.

I thought we were meant to have learnt from our LDV experience...

Ummm are you sure you went to those games? Crewe gave us a lesson in how to play neat passing football and we were lucky to get 0!

Port Vale were much the better team than us.

Yesterday Stoke controlled the gmae from the off, and always looked comfortable, if one of our chances had gone in it would have been a different game, but whilst we were 2 goals down they were cruising.

Crewe were only good because of Murphy that day.
Port Vale were pretty poor.
Stoke were poor - they were better at GP than that IMHO.

My point is that on those three occasions we have played so poorly those teams have not even had to perform particularly well to beat us. That's what's so frustrating.
