I reckon he'll pull out of the singles but play the doubles, which means that he'll have a few extra days to recover and will only have to play a maximum of 3 sets rather than 5.

In recent years the doubles are never on the big 2 courts for many days

But you can bet
Round 1 of mens dubs will be TBA
Moved into Centre or 1 under the roof live on BBC 1
