Winnie Leaving

I have heard today that Winnie is leaving the club, is this true? Ashame if she is I have always found her very helpful. She may get alot of stick from some people but she does work hard, bless her. If it is true, maybe BFC have done a deal with Reading, Winnie in exchange for Ann!?!?

Winnie Leaving

Why don't you phone the club and ask her? :fishing:

Winnie Leaving

Winnie has always been very friendly and helpful to me.

This is despite the pressure she is obviously under (too many chiefs and not enough indians).

I am sure that she not overpaid for the tremendous work she does.

Winnie Leaving

Does this mean she will be getting a pension from the club, if so I hope it's in the budget for this year:fishing:

Winnie Leaving

i have always found her to be the model of rudeness. :sorted:

Winnie Leaving

Patient, courteous, kind and willing to go out of her way to help. None of these things apply to Winnie.

Winnie Leaving

do we get a sell on clause? probably not.

Winnie Leaving

.................on a Bosman..............

Winnie Leaving

I thought Winnie had a job for life and the honourary title Of Sales Prevention Officer.

Winnie Leaving

F*** Me!

Things ARE looking up at this club of ours!!

Sales Prevention Unit being disbanded then?

.........................how long would it take for someone to answer the phone...............?

 ...................but surely, in all seriousness, this sort of information would have been posted on the O/S first of all, wouldn't it..................otherwise, it's just GPG rumours..................:fishing:

Pensions are paid for by pension companies not the employer, who would have contributed towards the benefit in previous years and not current years budgets.

can i say that the comments on here are a little bit harsh,

now i know some people have had the odd run in with Ms W Taylor but i can not find a fault with her. She has always been there for me when i worked for the club and after, when i decided that i couldnt keep up with the previous regimes high standards???

Now regarding her gruffness i would suggest to do, what i always did stand up to her, give as good as you got and then it would become 'good sport'

So Lay off the old girl please

Good Luck Winnie in what ever you do!!!

Dominic

While you are right, pandora, the problem is not us hard-bitten die-hards, but the first-timers whose reaction to a Winnie phone conversation may be their last brush with Brentford FC.

Winnie Leaving

Tut tut Ed and the mods - Team and Transfer Talk Forum surely !?!?!? :nono:

Personally speaking I'm sorry she's going, she added a bit character to the place, however she was/is extremely rude and abrupt.

Winnie Leaving

Many a time i have felt i am interupting her day

Winnie leaving

I for one am very sorry that Winnie is leaving. Maybe you guys should brush up your telephone manor or charm, Winnie was always very helpful and friendly and made me feel as a loyal supporter part of the club. Good luck Winnie.

Winnie Leaving

You could always brush up on your grammar...........

Winnie Leaving

Done me no harm to be honest...part of the furniture as they say, it just won't be the same place without her.

Winnie Leaving

Best thing thats happend since bees utd took over,

Winnie Leaving

get the tottenham out our club!!!!!!! :D

I dont believe that all of the people complaining about the service they received from Winnie are telling lies or were necessarily rude or abrupt with her. Even if they were, customer facing staff need to (and should be trained to) deal with problem behaviour from customers in a professional way.

Saying that, in the main Winnie has always been ok with me but when you consider the service you get from someone like Ann....

Winnie Leaving

F*** off Fatty..

not one to lower myself to your level :)
but how can someone with SO many physical defects as yourself
try to comment on my 'relaxed glands' :D :D

Winnie Leaving

Is it maternity leave?

Seriously though I wish her all the best as I think the stress of working at BFC was adversely affecting her customer interfacing skills of which not even monthly 1 to 1s, annual appraisals or objectives could rectifty.

Good Luck Winnie!

I think you are in the minority.

I always got the impression she felt she was doing me a favour!

Laters Winnie:wave:

Never had a problem with her myself (perhaps my advancing years are obvious on the phone and got me a certain respect) but the number of negative comments about her on here over the years would suggest there were some problems. If any of us had that many customers complaining about us, we'd doubtless be in for some intensive training

Winnie Leaving

never really fancied her anyway.
