World Record Attempt

As I was driving back from the game yesterday, I had the idea of making some kind of World Record attempt as a fundraiser for BU and to raise publicity for the club and the trust.

My idea hasn't progressed any further than this so far I'm afraid, but I thought I would share it to see if any other opinions/ideas could be added to further the suggestion.

What could the attempt be?
Could we relate it to football/Brentford/BU etc.?
How could it lead to fundraising?

It's probably nothing, but just an idea.....:idea:

Could try sitting on every seat at gp? -- although that would probably only take 20mins.

see how many times buzz bee can run around the pitch in a day :).

Or tie Bircham & Rowlands to the goal posts and see how many times we can hit them?

If I were to try it would be to do with eating Weetabix, I love them, I normally have 5 but have started eating 6 now, must be all this bloody running. Anyone know what the record for eating Weetabix in an hour is? I tried seaching for info but can't find anything.

He are a couple that I've picked up that could be possibilities, just to keep the ball rolling (no pun intended!):

The most consecutive football passes: 557, by a McDonalds Football Coaching School involving approx. 1250 children aged 6 to 14 in Hong Kong on 4th May 2002.

The loudest outdoor stadium roar: 128.74 decibels (10 second blast) by Denver Broncos supporters at The Mile High Stadium in Denver on 1st October 2000

Largest Mexican wave: 5,805 participants on Aberavon beach on 14th April 2002.

Longest game of football????

I knew a guy who was president of OUBC and now rows for GB. He used to eat a whole 24 box of Weetabix for breakfast. He was massive with size 15 feet and 6'6" tall.

That will take some beating.

Largest Pillow Fight: 645 people in Kansas, USA on 13th June 2003

Largest Santa gathering: 3,618 people in Taipei, Taiwan.

Largest simultaneous balloon popping: 495 people in London on 19th June 2003.

You could travel the tube network in a day, or drive around the M25 as fast as you can (these are more like marathon attempts)

I imagine that wouldn't take much to beat and it could bee done at Griffin park with a 3 2 1 from Peter G at half time, we would only need the Braemar rd to take part and we'll bee in the Guiness book of records.

most humans one person could murder? there was some bloke in america who did about twenty the other year, loads of publicity. could leave clues too, the press love all that. :) :)
