Ther are a couple of Oz players in England right now looking to get into English Football. One of them (Jamie Harnwell) is having a trial with leyton Orient tonight. Jamie is a very solid left sided member of our back four who has a neat habit of popping up in "their' penalty area to score 2/3 unstoppable headers each season. He could quite easily fill the "dodgy' left back position for the Bees. Although I think Orient will snap him up. The other player is David Tarka, Australia's under 23 Captain who plays alongside Jamie on his right in the back four. All I know is that he is in England but as he is a mate of Jamie, you find one, you find the other. Both of these players have been playing iwth Perth Glory, the 2002/2003 Champions and would be highly recommended by our coach, Mich D'vray (ex Ipswich). I reckon they would be happy with 500 quid a week as all they want is to a contract. Is there anyway that this info can be passed on to Wally & Co. Will be in U.K. mid Aug to mid Nov so will see a few games and would be great to see a couple of Glory boys in the line-up.

Do we really need a left back and a right back thou?

Suppose we could move Dobbo up into midfield on the right, but left back probably has very little chance of making an impression here!

Since this is probably in response to nothing other than match reports, I'll repeat what others have said: Shouldn't you go to some games so that you can make informed statements like this?

If they will play for £500 per week then I'm all for it...gives us more options ...dobbo to midfield....somner to centre back.....frampton was alright in midfield last night too!!

But I do want an experienced spine to the side...CB, CM and Centre Forward
