I see that no-one's dared start a thread for this yet so here goes.

I missed the peterborough game (looks like a good decision in hindsight) so I'll refrain, unlike Sweepy, from commenting on it. However, as part of my quest to find four teams worse than us, I did check out our next opponents at Meadow Lane. Unfortunately, Wrexham appear to be far better equipped than us to stay in the division. Well-organised and with good balance, they're not a bad team. Watch out for centre back Dennis Lawrence (my MOM), a centre back so gangly he makes Darren Powell look like Jay Tabb. He forms a solid partnership with Brian Carey - it will be a waste of time pumping up long balls to Peters and Rougier. Chris Armstrong was his usual arrogant waste of space and was subbed for his replacement Hector Sam to liven things up and score the winner.

So I can't see us getting a result there - even if Wally makes all the changes urged upon him. Our squad is just too inexperienced, threadbare and lightweight.

What about Notts - the only team below us? Well they're pretty dire but they do have some physical presence and in Mark Stallard a striker who'll get them 20 goals again this season

Isn't it always?

I can't see us beating a team of nine blind girl guides at the moment. I can't see where the hell a goal is going to come from.

Smith looks very out of sorts, and each of our defenders made at least one unforced and sometimes very costly mistakes against Posh.

Our only hope of getting any sort of result at the moment is either by putting 10 in defence and clinging on for a 0-0 draw, or put 10 in attack and fall over lots in the penalty area.

Only one problem with that idea Wee Dave - We don't have ten forwards to string acroos the back nor ten defenders to play up front!!!

Hmmmm, plenty of @rsing about on various trains and busses but I don't care coz I'll be totalled.

Don't reckon too many faces will turn up due to travel difficulties, about 150 maybe (make that 300 as I'll be seeing double by then).

2-0 to the mighty Bees, the rot stops here.;)

I think we'll win 6-0, with stylish hat-trick from Peters and contributions from O'Connor, Hutchinson and Rougier.

The 1,200 bees supporters who make the trip will be well delighted, and Wally's blushes will be spared. Then we will all live happily ever after. :)

I normally try to bee postiive, but considering our form and the fact that Wrexham haev't lost in 17 league games, I'm going for a 4-0 to Wrexham:(:(:( Sadly I won't be there for this probable drumming, I'll be on me 2nd hols for a week. Would've gone though, the team NEEDS support in a time like this.

I'll take a confidence boosting 0-0 from this one, its a long way to see a bore draw but there are times we really need to be there to support the team , and this is one of them.

.......Junior Compton Bee and I also here in Gran Canaria, pretending not to worry, but will be checking score constantly
