For those that don't live in Brentford ... how did your local team do this season? My team have the longest name registered with the FA (East Cowes Victoria Athletic Association Football Club). They also play in the same kit as the mighty Bees. But those are our only bragging rights this season. :( As you can see, home form has been particularly slack and it has been a testing year for the ultras on the curva at fortress Beatrice Avenue. Especially with our Fulhamesque rivals Cowes Sports :spit: winning promotion.

Cheltenham were relegated and Gloucester City (share ground) were lower mid table in Conference North, and Forest Green lost in the Conference playoffs to Bristol Rovers

Your Local Team

Stratford Town had their second promotion in three years and next season will play in the exulted Evostik Premier.

Hampton and Richmond borough mid table

Good to know it's not just us going in for this statistically tactical based player recruitment model. :sorted:

Macclesfield Town just missed out on the Conference play-offs. A good season considering they have a bottom 4 budget.

Usually get down there a couple of times a season but didn't go at all this season. Even if not at the Bees game on a Saturday the lure of Bees Player has proved too strong.

Margate promoted to national south!

...............Harrow Borough...........mid table finish............

Sandhurst Town unluckily lost out to Farleigh Rovers in the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties Football League » Division One. In the end, the 48 point gap between the two sides was too much to overcome and Sandhurst finally finished 16th in the 16 team league.

Dulwich Hamlet, Isthmian League Premier Div, finished 4th, lost to Margate in the playoff semi.

From what i hear , you will be seeing a lot more of Brentford at the Beveree next season. Apparently Hampton have signed a deal for one of our sides to be playing all their home games on their new pitch.

Your Local Team

Camberley Town - Second in Combined Counties Premier, just missing out on promotion to Molesey.

Your Local Team

Luton missed out on play offs. Oh dear how sad what a shame. Barton Rovers won Beds Senior Cup

Eastleigh F.C. is fairly local to me - like us missed out in play offs but saw them a couple of times this season and could be watching them a bit more in the future.I also play walking football there...:)

Your Local Team

Hatfield Town just missed out (3rd in table) to local rivals Welwyn Garden City, Champions of South Midlands div 1. WGC playing next season in the Prem division, one step away from the Rymans.

Your Local Team

Blackfield and Langley FC for me, they literally play behind my house, usually hear the players shouting!

Your Local Team

Leek town got into the play offs but lost out in the final to Sutton coalfield 2-0.
I think the attendance was around 1200.

Your Local Team

SK Kazin.. appear to be 5th in the 3rd level of the Prague-West league, god knows what level
four games to go
they have hosted the runaway top two in their last two games, and lost 3-6 and 1-9 respectively

Most local pro teams for me are Exeter and Yeovil !!!! Less said about that the better !!!

At least Argyle made the Playoffs this year. Hope they can go one step further next year. It makes for a much happier Plymouth (seriously)!

If we only count pro teams then it's probably Reading for me :yuck:. Probably about the same distance as Brentford but a lot easier for me to get to

Your Local Team

ST Patricks Athletic the 2013 FAI league winners. They are currently 13 points behind current league leaders Dundalk. St Pats best player is Chris Forrester,he had a trial at Walsall last summer which didn't work but a very good player.

God no! I didn't mean pro teams! That would make me a scummer! :yuck:

AFC Muff for me. I am told they are fairly useful, but try hard not to notice them. Fortunately I don't often have to go close to their stadium, but must admit to attending a function there.

Your Local Team

Brentford, Hampton & Richmond.

Exeter temporarily

My nearest team got promoted from the Chsmpionship. Vicarage road is the nearest sports ground to my house.

The ducks (Aylesbury united) or the moles (Aylesbury fc). Situation is a bit sad tbh. United's Buckingham road ground has been empty since 2006 and they play in Leighton Buzzard. Aylesbury Fc's ground is next to the River Thame and is under a foot of water a few times a year. The clubs should have merged and play at a higher level but they don't get on. The local council offers them zero support.

In the late 80s United were in the conference and played England under Bobby Robson! They also were in the 1st round of the FA cup for about 6 years in a row and reached the 3rd round in 1993. Those days are long gone.

Hungerford Town had a disappointing defeat to Truro in their playoff semi final, ending the dream of Conference South football next season. Looking at their league table I was sad to see Hereford appeared to be defunct as they were bottom with no games played.

Sad story.

Wealdstone, midtable, after a respectable season in conference south or whatever the hell it's called now.

Your Local Team

Still wide open down here with Moreland City doing alright after a promotion season last year. I've never seen them look as good. Certain amount of fulhamification sadly with ticket prices smashing past the $10 barrier and not letting me drink out of a can anymore and telling my mum she needs a concession card to be old #bignewambitions

Very sad. I thought United had a pretty decent ground and that England game was to open a new stand or something like that. Why did they vacate.

Your Local Team

Blackfield and Langley finished 5th in the Sydenhams Wessex Premier Division after either winning or coming 2nd behind Sholing last year

Your Local Team

Hull City's fate to be decided next Sunday. Not looking good for them. Maybe I'll start writing up the city & pub guide for next season's visit.

Your Local Team

Camberley Town, 2nd in Combined Counties League this season.

Aldershot Town, Reading then Brentford.

Your Local Team

Would have been Hounslow Town, until the council had their say.

Your Local Team

I spent some hard earned at Basingstoke Town this season - they had their best season for many a year, but lost in the play-offs of the Conference South.
