Agent fees

Agent fees

that's quite shocking to me, tho perhaps it shouldn't be.

i notice though that taken over the 18 months rather than the 6 we look a lot better compared with others in the division.

still, that's a lot of money.

Agent fees

We had the joint most amount of players brought in first half the season - with Macclesfield!

28 players (of which 16 were loan players!)

Of 16 loans, we also had the most of them too, along with Stockport.

Hereford, who apparently used the loan market well used 12.

EDIT##

We also spent the most on Agents in first 6 months of 2008! Thought we stopped spending on these money grabbers who take money out of football?

As an extra, I wonder what the fees are for Williams, Macdonald, Newton, Bean and the freebies we have signed. I take a guess that it is more than £12,000 :(

Cannot understand how we, who struggled in L2 last season paid out more to the parasite agents, than a club like Peterborough who got promoted. I do hope the auditors of BFC's accounts do look thoroughly into this at the next audit and report the actual facts to those entitled to read them.

Maybe it was to get more than £12K worth of salary off the books? Plenty have gone whilst under contract, if an Agent found them a role elsewhere it could be deemed as an overall saving.

That's my thinking too.

Probably a lot cheaper than paying inflated salaries to Thorpe, Mackie, etc who were moved on in January time!

May I add Brooker to your list:fishing:

Worth it IF that was the case, but then the audited accounts should portray the actual reason we paid these agents, and hopefully you are correct in your assumption.
