Surprised they’ve never done swimming shorts, I see on different apps loads of us have warm breaks, they should sell out every summer.
Not those daft price Thomas Royallll ones from Sammy Saunders that existed for a short while, I mean normal BFC own or Umbro swim shorts.

I’m surprised they haven’t checked other leading premier league teams offering and mirrored that..! It’s not hard to check the ranges out is it?

when I was there recently I wanted to pick up small lightweight gifts to take back here but to say the offering was limited is an understatement! Car stickers are cheap as chips to produce (as well as laptop stickers, pens etc) so the ‘investment’ would be minimal to expand the range on offer!

Trouble is they all included the words 'Gunners' or 'Gooners' so they are a bit stumped. The Red and White works OK but they can't shift all the toy cannons at all!

Queried with the club shop - they've blamed Yodel as the parcel has gone to them apparently but not been dispatched to me. So they've "opened a case" and despite me querying twice more since, the shop have now gone quiet.

Not your problem they chose the carrier, I hate it when companies do that. Look at initiating a charge back on your card. Tends to speed the process along to a resolution one way or another.

Utter joke, I've been trying to order a shirt online for the past three days, and all I'm getting back is:

Due to technical difficulties we can't process your request at the moment!

So, I tried calling them to place the order over the phone and when I did get through I've been told that a third party are dealing with the online orders (clearly not very well), and they can't take orders over the phone. Thanks a lot.

Out for delivery on 28th June with clear instructions to deliver to his address as I was on holiday. 18th July Yodel returned it to the club unable to deliver. Either the shop didn’t follow the delivery instructions or Yodel didn’t bother to deliver. I contacted the club on voicemail and never received a reply. Sent an email, to the club responded who saying cannot offer a refund until they receive it back from Yodel. What happens if Yodel never send it back?
Club Shop say out for delivery should receive it by Royal Mail by the end of this week. One month to send a hat thirty miles. Not impressed

Went to the club shop today to find out what’s happened to my hat. Not blaming any of the staff there, but they tell me the online purchases are handled from a warehouse and the don’t have any control over the purchases made, but can track them.
Hat should arrive by this Wednesday not by last Saturday as promised. We‘ll see.
