Is there parking for the store ?
Was looking to go there early before kick off, buy a few bits, then go off and park where I normally do, leaving the bought stuff in the car for the game

Apparently orders are not done at the shop.
Spoke to the store on the phone and they said online orders are totally separate from the club shop so she cannot help with online orders.
(Even though personalisation is done at the shop).
No manager or supervisor to speak with, apparently in meetings at 445 on a Friday?

They could not organise the proverbial Piss up in a Brewery....Friend of mine who lives in Cyprus ordered some stuff and asked them to deliver to me as I can get it to Cyprus more quickly and safely than Brentford Club shop.
They emailed him his invoice with the delivery address (my home address) as.....

Mate sent me a pic of his little girl in the pink goalie top. Perfect, i thought! My girls will love that. Hopped online, bemused to see it unavailable. Mailed them, they reply that it's an in-store exclusive (?!) and that even if i did want one, there was limited availability. Bizarre approach.

Does someone else suggest/impose the ideas for these kits and the club just sell them?
Man City (I think) had an equally dreadful patchwork of old kits at one point which their players used as a warm-up top.
Another club using Umbro had a tattoo kit last year too?

Nice to see some respect for the old days and the streets around GP. And nice to see King Kev in an old kit - and Marcus Gayle - though that orange with grey/black crest is one of the worst away kits I can ever recall us having (were the black badges left over from the previous year's black away kit...)

Is the front top part and collar supposed to be from the 97-98 relegation season, one of our worst ever seasons? What great memories! Not to mention it also had buttons to pin it down unlike this hideous crap.

Last time I checked in the shop, the manager told me that “click and collect” had been discontinued. I think this was something to do with staffing levels. However we did take it up with the club, and will continue to do so.
