In the interests of a fair balance, I feel I should point out that I ordered a Bees onesie at 10 last Thurs and it arrived on Friday. Excellent service and £29 Inc postage wasn't toooooo bad....

Compared with the price of the onesie at £60 pre-sale!

To be fair, when you place an order your digital receipt does reflect the club's 'big new ambitions' -

Please note orders can take 3-5 working days to prepare and despatch. Once despatched, it can take 5-10 working days to deliver.

They haven't managed to meet either of those very tight deadlines in my case but that's to be expected, they've really put themselves under pressure with those timelines.

Just sent a second email to advise the shop that my order is now celebrating its two week anniversary in their care, and requesting some form of update. Sadly we can add the 'we aim to respond to emails in 48 hours' to the list of missed deadlines for my first email

I avoided my yearly calamity with the club shop ordering system this year by getting a friend (thanks!) to pick up the new tops for the two B2B Jnr's. From purchase in store to delivery to me in Sydney only 8 days, usually I'm waiting 2-3 weeks for the first sign of the package and then have to call and explain the errors with the order. I'm at a loss how I'll fill the time I've regained by this stress free experience. ??

To balance it out, Mrs B2B (currently enjoying chillier times in the UK) popped in yesterday to pick up some more stuff and experienced the 'oh no, you'll have to go online for that, we don't have space for it all here'... so that's a lost sale then....

out of curiosity where are the online items stored of not on site?

Does anyone else find that the size your are sent relative to the size you ordered is a lottery? In the case of an order last week some of the sizes on the printed slip sent with the items differ from the sizes on the order invoice which their own systems emailed at the time of the order, which seems like a recipe for disaster.

The camera ran out of film.
Also the printer ran out of paper, so can’t print the photos.
To scan them back in via a photocopier from 1994 running windows for workgroups.

Nearly three weeks on and still waiting on my order did get an email to say the black friday sale had crashed their systems, of course no set date when I might at least expect them to print off the copy of the order i sent as an attachment and pick the bloody stuff or any name on the replies as we now expect from our wonderful and professional new club

Order-date 16th of November, arrived in my post-box last Friday, two weeks later. ?
The package a bit torn, but no damage.
And no fizzling with the customs.

I ordered some stuff for Christmas beginning of last week based on the fact it would be turned around and delivered with 5 days - 24 hr for dispatch then 4 days delivery, even accounting for being busy at Christmas an extra day or two I figured it'd be OK, but then in the email after ordering it gives a completely different estimate, up to 15 working days!! Shouldn't that be up front somewhere? Especially in an era when loads of other places offer next day delivery and have done for ages..

I'd ordered my nephew a shirt and shorts to be delivered to his mum's house. The shirt was fine but they'd sent him XXL shorts (I'd ordered S, it's on the order). The club shop say the small size have sold out. I will be reimbursed the postage to send the XXL back fortunately. Having browsed this thread, it seems a few have had the same issue. Is it just incompetence or are they just posting the wrong item and hoping people don't care/notice?
