I had the exact same, ordered one of the training tops and got an automatic refund, and it never turned up. Also took a good 2 few weeks for me to get my order.

wouldn't surprise me if they wont print badges that aren't purchased at the club ?
There are companies online that do it, just means having to send your shirt off. not sure about high streets shop, JJB was the last place I knew of that did printing, that is going back some though

Based on what people are saying, they'll only do it if you buy one of the small patches from the shop. I want to get the proper sized one on my shirt to be honest

They are the right ones for the shirt, they gave them away if you were one of the first buyers.

they aren't the ones the players wear. i'm pretty sure there are 3 sizes, kids, adults and players.

The adult ones are 65mm and the player ones are 80mm.

Yes, but not on match days. Even if it's busy on a non match-day, you can always park in Magnet. They are so, so, so friendly about someone parking in their 100 space, empty car park.

Same, I noticed when watching the Arsenal game back that they appeared bigger. then going to away games you see other fans have the larger ones on their shirts, even the kids shirts had the 'player' badges.

Maybe the club have stock of them now..

This happened to me now. A partial refund from my order from 3 weeks ago. No information as to which items are being refunded, so will have to wait and see what's in the package when it finally arrives!

Need to have someone proactively directing people buying shirts to the tills and away from the printing area. It's not obvious and I saw several fans queuing for printing with shirts still on the hanger and not yet paid for...I redirected them to the tills on the other side of the store.

Turn up at the old shop before the Liverpool game to collect an order to be told that all the stock is in the process of being moved to the new premises and to collect it next game.

Turn up at the new shop after the Chelsea game to be told that the items for collection are still at the old shop and to collect it next game.

Turn up today to be told that they can’t access ordered items and to try again next game.

Appalling service.

I shall be going down there again one day in the week and hopefully the member of staff on the receiving end of my “enquiry” has a tin hat to wear.

Ecoworld have quite a big "Sales & Marketing Suite" right next to the stadium (West Stand).

Maybe the club could adapt this into a Matchday Shop in a few years when the flats are all sold?

That's probably expected as part of their business plan, as long as they can make up the shortfall on match days.

I overheard someone asking when I was there on Saturday - might have been him! I don’t think they’ve done baby/toddler sized kits for a while and certainly didn’t when I wanted one for my son at that age (so he ended up with a 5-6 one and a lot of layers underneath for our chilly L1 trip to Southampton).

They’ve definitely done them in recent seasons, they just sell out very quickly.
