Anyone else had an issue with online sales?

Just trying to order a shirt for my son.

Logged in and when going to pay it is taking me to fill in my comms preferences.

When I do this I then get told there is already an account with my email address.

Tells me to go to the sign in page (despite it showing I am logged in) "to be sent a reminder"?

I assumed it meant reset the password, so I di this and logged out and back in again and same thing happens.

Have tried three different browsers. Will contact them but wondered if anyone else has had/resolved this issue as I doubt I'll hear back quickly.

I had exactly this problem when trying to order the away shirt. Tried a number of times but stuck in that loop of account exists / having to reset my password each time.

I ended up working around it somehow by using AmazonPay to check out - I can't remember why that works though and whether you need to be logged out or not at the time.

Interesting umbro are selling red training tops, the club are selling the claret and yellow ones

Weird, all I see on that link is the blue away kit.

I’m having exactly the same problem. Have tried to contact them by phone no answer and have emailed twice no response after 10 days! Any ideas how I can get in touch with them?

From memory, isn't there also an option to purchase as a guest, rather than via logging in to your account? If you do that, it doesn't care about there already being an account with that email address.

From memory, if you pay via the paypal link it avoids needing to log in.

Not sure if you still get some sort of points/credits on spend for the future like they used to do, but if they do still do this you won't get these via the paypal route.

Was looking to order some bits and bobs but wanted to get some of the tracksuit buttons (i know, don't judge me) - but of course the size guide is totally useless and as a very tall man, I'm very much expecting that the standard sizing will be short and (extra) stupid on me.

So i emailed them a few weeks ago... and sent a reminder a couple of weeks back.

Called yesterday, spoke to a perfectly pleasant young chap who said he wouldn't know that sort of thing, but he took my name and said he'd let "the people upstairs" know that I'd re-send my mail and would quite like a reply please.

Still nothing...

I asked the accessibility team for some help contacting them. They kindly sent them an email asking them to reply to me, not heard back yet after 48 hours. ?‍♂️

Does the club shop take cash on non match days or is it just card

Your reply is both unhelpful and sarcastic
Incorrect. It's not very helpful to take a reply clearly labelled a guess and then slag off the club shop as a result because you had the same "thought". So without any facts you've gone off on one. That is what is not helpful.

I haven't bothered to ask. No smart arse replies here. Nor unfounded attacks on the club shop.

I have not attacked the club shop but you think as you wish just asked a simple question and you gave an unhelpful answer which was'nt needed or asked for but never mind moving on

Was unaware you could order bespoke tracksuit buttons.
What size and colour tracksuit buttons were you hoping for? ??

A - You can pay in cash
B - You cannot pay in cash
C - You can pay in goats

And extremely rude.

Not sure how it’s “rude” it’s very annoying /unfair for some though I agree. Thing is it’s the way the world is moving as more efficient for banking, quicker, lower insurance costs and less staff theft.

It penalises the people on the margins of society just so the accounts dept can have an easy time.

I think the club shop should go the way of Amazon Fresh ?

It is bloody rude. At the very least it's institutional social engineering (realm of nazis or the motm thread)

That's the most decent reply/warning from you guys, thankyou, I'll try other ways to express myself, whilst remaining right on.
Yes, comparing moderators' clearly explained decisions with Nazis is "right on".

It even appears in the FAQs
Why was my thread/post deleted?
…

8. All moderators are nazi sympathisers who were bullied at school and breast fed for longer than is traditionally considered acceptable. They deleted your post because it's the only way they can achieve a pitiful erection and achieve some small sexual satisfaction while browsing pictures of suicide victims and yoghurt. Most of them are sent here by Brentford probation service just to stop them killing people's puppies for just a few ****ing weeks.
