It's utterly bizarre that the club shop is taking pelters for something that no-one on here (that has posted on this thread since the original enquiry) knows is true or not.

We've had a "guess" and a "i thought that too" to this answer, now everyone is assuming that the club is killing the homeless :ROFLMAO:

We've got the following comments
"seems weird"
"extremely rude"
"It penalises the people on the margins of society just so the accounts dept can have an easy time."

all based on nothing. It is a full moon this evening?

Love the GPG going off on some really weird obscure thing that the club did. Being a brentford fan has felt a bit surreal to me recently but this sort of nonsense, well it feels a bit more like the club I knew. Thanks to everyone involved.

I won £40 on the fruit machine on my to Brentford and thought I'd use that towards the new shirt. But no, no cash :(

Having an issue with the store at the moment - ordered two mugs and a Hickey third kit shirt.

Order was delivered with only one mug and the shirt is marked significantly on the front, once quite large and one much smaller area. The number on the back had some issue with creasing too.

Got to the store last Wednesday to resolve, mug was sorted no problem. Shirt, creasing came out in the presser for a second time. The marks i was told, I believe by the store manager, would come out in a 30 degree wash. It didn't, sent them an email on Monday and have been blanked so far.

I've attached a photo - the mark is significant when the shirt is held up (not sure if it looks so on photos) and is clearly in the fabric. I've paid a lot of money for this shirt and so far the response has been very poor.

Anyone got a better contact to get this sorted?

I offered that by email on Monday and have had no response. I will definitely leave time to go in and try and sort it there and then - with how busy it will likely be and usually is, I hope i can get hold of the right person.

Many thanks for that, didn't have to pay postage, previous shirt from club I had to pay postage, can't understand how we are
short as Umbro seem to have plenty and I assume that is where we get them from.
I would have liked the money to have gone to club but hey ho I have now got the Grandson a shirt

It's just card. The club stopped taking cash during the pandemic and hasn't resumed. Apparently there's been no known issues with this but the club will look at resuming if it becomes one.

I am assuming it means that no-one has come into the shop and been unable to pay for their goods solely because the club hasn't reinstated it's pre-pandemic policies of which methods of payments may be accepted.

Thanks for reply heard back from the shop to confirm my question initially was because kids like to save up to buy something they really want and like to go to the particular shop to purchase themselves fully understand its an admin thing but its a shame this has been taken away

Same question for me actually - normal hours are til 6pm but on match days during the week, can't find any information on that. Want to sort my shirt out.

I think it's extended hours on weekday matches until kick off - but never seen anything official on that.
