I ordered late through the black Friday sales, but everything arrived pretty quick. Ordered 25th Nov arrived 28th Nov.

Everything ordered arrived as expected, but noticed one oddity...

I ordered both blue away kit and yellow GK kit, and although both were "large" the shorts for the GK kit are quite a bit larger than the ones for the blue away kit.

I suppose I should look at this as value for money (more material for the same price) but it makes me wonder if the difficulties Flekken have had are down to one of:

He's a lot fatter than we expected
Or, he can't dive around too much because of all the safety pins holding his shorts up

I've always had a decent service from the Superstore, but then again you can't really f*** up sending out an calendar.

I am.pretty upbeat when I do post on here but my experiences of the superstore have been very poor. In April I was delivered a totally botched up order and foolishly decided to give it another go. Decided to treat the boy as he saw his first ever prem away win at Wolves, ordered 8 items. Email from Yodel, delivery due within three days, misplaced optimism, yes! 10am Friday delivery of four out of the eight. Phoned club shop, manager will call you back, nothing. Happy to take your money but can't get simple orders correct and absolute crap customer service with no response. They really are rubbish in there.

Anyway, the boy and I are off to Liverpool at 8am, going to Bramley Dock, Liverpool Museum and Anfield before the game so better go to bed!

Finally got a response, surprise suprise one of the items ordered is out of stock, found out 5 days after ordering, partial refund and two separate parcels required.

My next moan is about an email recieved for Bournemouth ticket holders able to get the adult away shirt for a tenner. My brother is local and has my away ticket in his hand, the club shop are not allowing him to pick one up in store, as it's an 'online exclusive' and insisting if I want one I have to pay the £5 postage, why, he is five minutes away!!

I am totally done with the retail side of our great club, totally and utterly useless and their 'computer says no' attitude. For all of the great things we have done on the pitch over the last decade, the retail side is as bad as it always has been.

This is exactly it. Have a ticket and brother 10 mins away but they insist I pay 10 for a shirt and a fiver postage when it can just be collected. No common sense at all and just pisses off a season ticket holder with over 7000 taps.

Iv asked to do click and collect before, but they say the store is completely different to the 'online store'. Different stock, etc

Close to zero chance of a new shirt by 16th June, I'd suggest. We've never been able to get kits out this early before and if this is the final year with Umbro, as many of us think it will be, I can't see them pulling out all the stops.

The blue kit in 2022 came out on 22nd July. Third kit was later.
Home kit in 2023 came out on 4th July and third kit on 21st July. There was some training gear in June.

We are due new second and third kits next season unless they give one from this season a reprieve. Both are discounted though, so probably the end of the line.

I suspect we won’t be with Umbro in 12 months time. It’s 100 years of red and white stripes next summer so they are probably talking to the new suppliers now about it given the long lead times.
