That was the game when there was Brentford fans who had turned up without tickets but managed to get in through a door at the back of the stand that was open, my cousin and brother

Successful ballot notification would have gone out before the first sales window. Unsuccessful messages have been inconsistent. I've only ever had them for the U18 lucky dip, but never for away ballots.

Only way to know for sure is to log in and try to buy a ticket when the first sales window opens. Although I have also seen entries in my account history a few hours before the window opens, so there have been clues in the past.

I was lucky to get one for Muff last season
I got one unsuccessful notice earlier in the season but not for others and my West Ham success notice came near the end of the on sale windows.
