Great to see Crolla do it after the first fight. Kevin Mitchell has got a final elminator for the belt on the 12th December. So could be seeing Crolla v Mitchell in 2016 also Lee Haskins made IBF Bantamweight world champion after Caballero comes in overweight.

I couldnt believe the commentators - all of them - were saying they thought Campbell had done enough to win the fight.
He clearly lost it, and imho, i thought by more than 2 rounds

If he fought Brook and lost his chances of the big money fights in the US would be gone. If he loses to Canelo, the Brook fight will be still be on the table next summer if his heart is still in Boxing. Clever move from Khan and will be interesting to see him fighting at middleweight.

this Kovalev post-match interview is still cracking me up, so I have to share it - particularly from 2:30



not that i know much, but that Pascal guy (that he beat before calling out the belt-holder, Stevenson) got humiliated in pretty stunning fashion by all accounts at the weekend. totally whooped in front of his home crowd, and then Kovalev basically calls him a **** in the interview and then Pascal waddles over and has to swallow his pride and say "fair play, you're (MUCH) better than me".

and then Stevenson gets in and is totally incoherent. and the interviewer does pretty well not to get a smack for his troubles too. lary ****.

No doubt that Joshua looks the real deal. GB have a few proper big units. There a still a few out there Parker, Ruiz and definitely the big hitting Wilder. It's become a fun division to follow again!

Not a massive boxing fan but I find it incredible that if I wanted to watch a fight id have to pay them £17 on top of the £90 a month I already pay them. That's a total disgrace.

I thought the same, the missed press conference and this announcement may be an indication of some underlying mental health condition, I hope not.

Bellew is a good puncher but he will come unstuck. Would hate to be in his corner giving him advice because he gets so emotionally involved in tear-ups. Haye will KO him imo.

You have to say Haye is technically a better, more disciplined boxer but I just wonder that Bellew wants it a bit more and has the power to deliver.

You saw with Bellew last night (and I like him btw) that he will get hit and he has gone down before. He does look more suited to Cruiser than previously at Light-heavy.
He does have a big heart but for me Haye is different gravy and will bang. Perhaps not what he once was but at the same weight as Bellew....he would smash him, most likely at Heavyweight.
Would certainly attract a big audience.
