Joshua would beat fury imo, wilder is more dangerous to joshua purely because he cant take hits as well as other heavies. Will be fascinating to see if they ever get round to it.

Fury could fight Joshua every day of 2020 and he would win every single time.

Fury too distracted/interested with wrestling and singing with mugs from Burslem. I'd take AJ to beat Fury but would be more worried about Wilder.

Watching a re-run of Saturday's fight on Sky Sports Main Event now. Presume there will be regular re-runs over the next few days for those of us who didn't fork out for PPV.

Fury v Wilder II... Wow

SPOILER below

Fury destroyed Wilder. Absolutely the best heavyweight in the world.
I’ve been a big fan of AJ but if there is a unification fight and Fury performs like that, it’s only ending one way!

amazing from fury tbh, how do you cope with someone with such size AND skill. I knew he would win but thought it would go the distance, wilder didnt lay a glove on him. Thought AJ had a chance of beating fury before tonight but i have to reconsider after seeing that, he would give him more problems than wilder though i think

Boxing

I’ve always said that Joshua is nowhere near the class of Fury.
Would be over in two rounds if they fought.

Congratulations to The Gypsy King. An amazing performance in the ring and a true entertainer. He’s an inspiration to people dealing with mental illness and wears it with pride. I happen to know that people of different genders and races living with worse conditions than Tyson Fury had are saying, “He’s one of us!”. A true champion.
AJ, one of my favourite boxers not so long ago, is going to have to step up. No shame if he doesn’t.
“Crazy”! Patsy Cline. Brilliant.

Boxing

Fury beat him up. Wilder needs to think carefully about another fight. I can't see any other outcome unless he comes good with his lone weapon. So it's a case of money over health. How much money is enough? Wilder should retire. It will take a boxer with a punch to get the better of Fury. I don't know where that boxer is at the moment.

Boxing

Well done Tyson. A worthy Champion who could possibly have finished Deontay Wilders career. How does he recover from such a defeat.
All the belts are here and that is something.
Roll on the fight everyone wants to see.

Not in Riyadh or Abu Dhabi either.

It will be in the US if it happens.

If I was Wilder, I would go for AJ - although after Ruiz I don't think Eddie Hearn would go near him. Last night was a great result for Fury and a good one for AJ who I think fancies Fury more. On last night's showing Fury would take some stopping. Fantastic performance.

Boxing

Fury v AJ in the UK would be the biggest ever fight on these shores if it happens. Before last night I thought it was a 50/50 but if you add in punching power Fury starts as heavy favourite for me - AJ is a better boxer than Wilder but Fury is technically superb.

Boxing

So deontay says his heavy costume was to blame for his loss and he wasnt hurt by fury.... Lol

He wasn't hurt, just severely beaten up.lol Wilder should retire. In a return he'll get beaten up again. If he wants a return then his greed is greater than wanting to be healthy.

Boxing

think any talk of Wilder retiring is a little OTT. of course it was a brutal loss, and a ****ing weak excuse, but he'll at least smack a few more rubbish americans to boost his pension...

i see the Fury-Joshua hype is beginning and the two sides are already full of sh*t - i predict yet another inevitable failure to reach agreement

Boxing

Was "lucky" enough to wake up as Crawford-Brook was starting... damp squib, danced around each other for 10 minutes, then Crawford landed one cracker and that was it :(

Btw the Lomachenko-Lopez match a couple of weeks back looks fantastic... I don't have any subscriptions, missed it live, but plenty of action in these highlights (6mins)

Brook should have retired after the Spence defeat but I guess money talks. With no fans it makes watching a fight a bit weird - only one I might try and see is Canelo v Smith if it is made.

Boxing

Agreed WB. She’s an absolute beast. Women’s boxing has come on leaps and bounds and well worth watching if you’re not already converted.
Shame about Brook (in his prime was top of the tree) as age has caught up. Would still like to see him & Khan but unlikely to happen and nowhere near as exciting as 5-6 years ago.

Boxing

Watched Katie Taylor last night, she really is a cracking fighter!

Incredible, especially when you think that her opponent had 100% win record. A real talent. Also thought that Qash (sp?) Farooq looked pretty amazing on last night's card.

Boxing

mike tyson v roy jones junior. easy xmas money for old timers. jones looked f*cked before bell and all fight basically. tyson a bit better but a shadow of himself.

expect big ppv against big hitters in heavyweight division

Boxing

Dubois got beaten by a boxer, Joyce, who took DDD’s best shots and still jabbed away at his head. Even if Dubois was probably ahead by a round.

Joe Joyce showed he was the best on the night, by using his experience as an amateur for many years. At 35 years of age though, he needs a shot at one title ASAP!

Thought Joyce looked bad in that fight. Very slow and looked like he was nearly falling over after throwing a few punches. He can take a punch but I thought the idea was to avoid them rather than walking through them. Can't see him challenging many of the heavyweights

Boxing

Would like to see Joyce in with either Whyte or Usyk. Don’t rule out Dubois, he’ll be back. He’s only 23.
Only issue with him is did he give up?
Heavyweight division is very good these days.

Draw.

Re-Match?

More $.

Joshua won well last night without be pushed too far.
Has to be Fury v Joshua next but will wait until maximum attendance is allowed again.
Fury for me but no quite as sure now Joshua has improved his boxing skills.

Not very enthusiastic about fighting Tyson Fury though, was he?!

I can’t see that happening yet.

Joshua will take on Usyk first, IMO. Then even Charr!

AJ is ducking Fury for now. Unless there’s a full 80,000 inside Wembley paying big bucks and both sharing a very big payday.

Boxing

When Fury beat Wilder l would have said AJ stood no chance. At the time l thought you needed a similar type to beat Fury. Someone like Lennox Lewis. But l couldn't see anyone around like that. However, AJ seems to be more thoughtful now about his trade although Pulev was out of his depth so hard to be sure.
I wouldn't write off AJ. He uses his head and will cause Fury a lot more trouble than Wilder and both men are capable of a knock out.

That’s what makes the Heavyweights so compelling. Knowing 1 bof can put the others lights out at any moment, however badly it’s going.
