Tickets Brighton (A)

Anyone know if you can upgrade tickets at the stadium on the day?

Youngest son is down with flu and looking doubtful. Will face a last minute fitness test on Saturday morning. If he can’t make it we have another adult season ticket holder ready to go instead, if possible.

Apparently not. Just spoke to them after being on hold having to listen to their podcast for 15 mins. They say you can't change it on the day and I have to do it through Brentford today. Queried if definitely the case as they are the ones distribting the digital tickets but they said they can't help. Now waiting a call back from our box office number but wondering if that will run into problems as, if it is upgraded it then needs to go to Brighton who send the tickets out.

If BFC can sort it today and they can't get a new digital one sent you should be able to get on the list to collect a physical ticket.
