She is at University, full time student and not working, she is still with Brentford Women because she is 19 (just) and in the last 10 years only played 4.5 season's of football, with the last 1.5 playing senior football against "adults " not just her age group, so a good few hours behind any signed players at higher levels,HOWEVER, a goalscorer is a goalscorer and you can not coach that gift, you either have it or you don't... In my opinion, just enjoy watching her score, see what happens next

Interesting pleased she has some realism and good understanding of where she is at with her career.

If she fancies a Council job in the future i would recommend it particularly as most council teams badly need a goal scorer.

I think goalscorers are the least of most councils problems, but she would be interested in some part time work around Uni and football.. big commitments already and employers don't accommodate that

I feel this could be a GPG call to arms coming up asking if anybody had vacancies that would accomodate our wonderful ladies and their footballing aspirations…

Now that really would be a show of true football community spirit offering collaboratively support for sports people trying to achieve development in a world of work that can't offer compromise to people trying to be the best they can in sports, mostly, forced to earn, in turn, leave the game ... Shame we can't support like the USA do "mostly" !

Having a play around on the FA website, I think Chloe Logie's Brentford career goal record stands at 105 Goals.

That said, I don't totally trust the FA website, there is often little anomalies on there. For instance, this season, her total is only 48, when we've counted it as 50. So it might have a bit of movement in that total. & I have counted any of the pre-season friendlies.

No idea. Brentford have a lot to offer to her, with the training facilities, friendly atmosphere and coaching - that many other clubs cannot offer, even much higher in the pyramid. Plus it's close to her home and university, so it's convenient. But who knows what offers she is receiving. There are plenty of higher positioned teams nearby us (Ashford, Actonians, Fulham, QPR, Watford - before you get to the real big sides in Women's football). Let alone beyond the immediate area, I'd be amazed if lots of clubs where not monitoring her, so who knows.

I get the feeling that Chloe will weigh up what's best for her, and not just follow the pennies. But she may feel a new challenge is on the cards. I don't think any of the regular followers would begrudge her that. That said, we all hope she stays. In the meantime, we're just enjoying every moment we can. She's a special talent and will go far, whether that's with us or not.

You couldn't be more close to the mark with the above comments, Chloe has various other clubs inviting her to join, including, recently an Italian Club in discussions. But, Brentford have been noticeably supportive of the Women's team, this is not lost on Chloe, yes she wants to challenge herself, yes she wants to play higher in the football pyramid and find her level, for personal reasons know that she can score goals anywhere at any level, but most of all, wherever she plays, will she be truly HAPPY, COMFORTABLE and feel as part of a team like the group she is in at Brentford Women 1st ...!!!

Money doesn't have a consideration, if it did she would not have stayed this season and taken the £600 ++ a week offered elsewhere... Staying at Brentford Women will be a very personal and emotional decision to PLAY FOR A CLUB SHE HAS GROWN TO LOVE #Brentford which has reciprocated via you guys and other youngsters that look up to her really having her back!! THATS A TRUE FOOTBALLER, THATS A GOOD PLACE TO THRIVE if you ask me!! Wow what a lovely message to read.

Hoping to bring my daughter to her first game next season (hopefully one of the women’s games at the Gtech) and have no doubt watching Chloe (if she chooses to stay) and some of her very talented teammates pushing for promotion again will help her get the bug!
