Chloe Logie

In good faith, as I know nothing about the Women's team or game as a whole.

Hard to ignore the rate she scores, but how good is this girl? Should she be playing at a higher level? she seems far advanced of the current level she is playing at.

I was worried that with Ashley Cheatley joining, there might be a bit of disheartenment from Logie. But she's continued to develop and learn off of her more experienced strike partner. We know she has a wonderful finishing touch, but her off-the-ball play is really coming on. She's learning skills from Cheatley and they are beginning to gel together. They have different skills and attributes, so they really do compliment each other.

As a side note, the first goal was put on a plate by Logie. She chased a lost cause, hurdled the keeper, didn't go down and stayed on her feet, then had the presence of mind to look three times for her strike partner and then she lays on the most perfectly weighted pass for Cheatley to stroke home. Just brilliant.
Then our keeper in the early stages keeps us in it, 2 or 3 times. What a great find she is ! I pity many teams facing us and as this reel from Sunday show's we could of been 4,5 or more up in the first half.

As Chloe Logie passed the 50 goal mark for the season, I thought it'd be worth updating her career Brentford stats. As the FA pages are always a little sketchy, do take this with a caveat of a pinch of salt, but I think this is pretty accurate. These stats obviously don't include any friendlies, just competitive fixtures.

We have 9 further games this season. Chloe has talked about beating last seasons total of 53 goals, but I wouldn't put it past her getting another 10 goals to hit the 60 for the season mark, and a career total of 150 for the First Team. What do you think @Logie11?

My personal take is that on Sunday against a good Bromley side that were well drilled, Chloe came of age. Three goals to win the match ball is fantastic and deserved but her overall game, hold up play and bringing others into the game was exceptional. She proved that she can play at a higher level and still produce the numbers. Brentford please make sure you hang on to this talented youngster. Middlesex FA your loss. England FA need to look at her !

She won’t get to play for Middx.
She doesn’t play for, or has played for Ashford Town.

Going to be hard to ignore as we'll likely be in the same division as Ashford Town next season - they were officially relegated from T4 at the weekend.

Incredible numbers - will be interesting to see next season assuming that we have been promoted if she can still score plenty at the next level up (no pressure Chloe).

Just had a look at the table for the first time in a while: 15-0-0, +100 GD (51 of which are just Chloe). Absolutely sickening numbers. Nothings certain cos technically it's only a 2 point lead but we've got 2 games in hand over Bromley and with that sort of dominance you've got to figure it's pretty likely

Just a correction. Logie is on 53 goals for the season. of which 29 are league goals. the other 24 goals were in the cups:

??, I'm confident that's not her level and she will be just as reliable up top, wherever she goes next year

Fantastic achievement, there’s no doubt, but… at the risk of making myself unpopular… Chloe and Ashley in London and SE Div 1 North… isn’t this a bit like Bryan and Yoane turning out for Hanworth Villa?

The cancellation of the Hackney game has scuppered her chance to reach 60 goals for the season. Bit like last year with the cancellation of the Camden & Islington game at the end of the campaign.

I was hoping Chloe would reach 150 goals for the first team, but sadly that Hackney game has put paid to that.
Whether today was the last time Chloe has played for Brentford, only time will tell. But she has had an incredible Bees career over the last 4 seasons. Here's hoping she'll still be with us come the new season, but if she's not, i'm sure she'll have a fabulous career whether she goes!

Just a couple of days before the season starts, and still no confirmation on Logie. Understand that higher tiered sides have been making offers, but the fact she hasn't just accepted and packed her bags, suggests she might be looking to stay. Here's hoping. ?

I go through waves of accepting she needs to move on for her own career, and then hoping she'll stay with us. Its like a proper roller-coaster.

Surely the club should be moving heaven and hell to try and keep her. She's the poster-child of this whole project. The fact she (if were honest), is the only Brentford Women's player most of the fans outside of the women's circle, can recognise. Has been used in pretty much every marketing situation in the last 2/3 years. The youngsters who come and see the women's team, love her. She's such a valuable asset. & that's before we even look at her footballing skills!! 111 goals in the last two seasons!! 111!!!

Just find it odd that we haven't heard about our star player - only hours before the season starts. But then this whole summer off-season has been rather odd.

Women's National League starts this Sunday with some midweek fixtures.
It'll be interesting to see if she pops up anywhere for another team

I have very little interest in the women's team but is clearly showing a club with very little ambition. Maybe time to reign it in a bit and keep it more local for the community.
