David Raya
Very good today, distribution was top notch, cleared corners and crosses well.

Very good apart from one silly moment when he rushed out... good intention.. bad execution.. probably signing of the season imo
I’m amazed anyone blamed him for the goal!

I did. He was too far out.
Top save from the one on one tonight.
As good as a shot stopper Bentley is (and he showed that tonight) I much prefer Raya over him. Just gives me more confidence, catching crosses, pinching clear and his all round distribution.
Don’t know why he didn’t come for the ball in that 1v1 as he would have got it - but top quality save nonetheless.
I said the same, but others around me thought differently.
Raya's got everything. He comes for crosses, he's constantly talking to the defenders, his ball control and passing is excellent and he's a fantastic shot stopper.. Bentley inevitably had a good game for them and made some crucial saves but was also hesitant on crosses and had a couple of misunderstandings with his defence. think we've done very well here..
.................streets ahead...............Quality!!
Impressive stuff. Just one thing. The ball only appeared to hit the back of the net once during all of that. If only that could translate into real life.
Don’t see many comments regarding the keeping coach this season???

Geometry says that is not true. There is no doubting that he is a good keeper - however I think that he does have one obvious failing in that he often, unnecessarily, stands too far out, A fault that makes him suspect to high longer distance shots and emphasised by his relatively small stature. The goal against us at Barnsley was not the first that he could have saved if he were closer to his line.

That's what training is for...
One dodgy spillage
