If you click on pass details it does give you your seat details but they should be on the front of the ticket.

I downloaded mine first time and it simply said TEST on the front;
returned to the email and downloaded it agin and second time round the digital ticket was populated with all the relevant details – seat number etc

Mine has now been updated with the seat number but it hasn’t got the contactless simple in the bottom right corner, other digital tickets have had this including my season ticket.

We're arriving on Saturday (in Manchester) and we're looking for the best and cheapest way to get to Liverpool by train.

direct train is the best way by far - or tram to Manchester and train from there

Mine doesn’t but that’s just part of the picture on the Brentford season ticket for example. You don’t get a barcode if you have an nfc capable phone which unless it’s really ancient (more than 10) it will have.

Correct @hobbsy. I’m an Apple user and I don’t have the scan here logo. My brother, in the seat next to me is an Android user and he has the logo.

It was a cock up at the Everton end which BFC got them to fix last night.

Can those affected try going into Pass Details and turning automatic updates on.

Can you try turning updates off, save, and turn them back on.
