Heads up F1 fans, Bahrain qualifying on now. First two races brought forward to the Saturdays due to Ramadan starting on Sunday 10 March.?

I've seen them all. 79 messages. Screenshots. Horrible and absolutely 'coercive' behaviour worthy of being sacked. If true. If real (note the Daily Mail have started to quote most of them, which possibly means they think it is?).

he constantly asks his .... to delete.

not patch on some of the other celebs we've talked about over the last 6 months though. And far, far away from one or two others who haven't been on the radar since helicopters existed. Oh I do wish some of the really bad guys were given adequate airtime.

Horner dumped his first wife 6 months after she gave birth to their child, for his present wife
Now ex Spice girl is shocked with the rumours going around.

You'll be back for the for the next race. There is more than one team. Although only the first race, wait to the car development starts kicking in. Sainz delivers again. I wonder if Mercs. are looking at him for next year?

Yep, sure is a soap opera now. Sulayem, if it's true he has to go. He can not / should not interfere with the stewards.
The Horner episode. Everyone is concentrating on him. The female involved, doubt if she wants to work for Red Bull after this. I assume the woman is pretty smart, so landing on her feet with another job should not be a problem.
She sure has balls to report Horner, good for her.

Yet another very good British driver at Ferrari, and it's not Hamilton.
Good luck to both Sainz and Bearman. Ferrari looking good for drivers in the next few years.

In the F3 practice Tsolov got impede by Dunne on a flying lap. Dunne stated he didn't know he was there. So Tsolov steered toward him to ' let him know he was there '. He states he misjudged the action clipped Dunne and sent him into the barrier.
Punishment - 3 place grid penalty. He should be banned. Stewards show wonderful stupidity in believing Tsolov. What he did was bloody dangerous.The usual thing is to drive along side the offender stick your finger up or shake a fist. Then have a chat in the paddock.
Lets see how the stewards preform with the F1 cars.

I think Sargeant has had enough time to impress. Replacing him with Albon is a sensible decision. He has more chance of getting points.
Sergeants single point last year at the US GP came after he finished 12 th, then promoted to 10th after Hamilton and Leclerc were DSQ for running the car to low.

Well done Ferrari, a perfect result for the team with a fastest lap as well. Verstappen's, rear brake exploding on the run in to the pits.
The Alonso controversy. IMO that was race craft. This is not the first time that Russell has been caught up in dirty air trying to overtake. If the gravel wasn"t there and the car didn't flip, would there be a penalty ?
As to the teams.Stake Saber still can't do a correct pit stop. Williams can't build a spare tub at the moment. Yet they have a problem with Andretti entering in F1.

Good performance by him though.

Mercedes going backwards and Ferrari had an off weekend.

That one man Aston Martin team did ok.

Apparently they are discussing having points awarded to the top 12 now.
Yet another way to cheapen the sport. 20 Cars at the moment if you can't finish in the top ten, tough. Extra point for F/L only top 10 need apply, I presume if this top 12 goes through so does the extra point extend to the top 12.

It's still better to finish 12th In the current system, due to countback if two teams finish on the same points. Awarding points just makes it clearer.

Will also make the racing for 12th a bit more exciting if there's something palpable at stake, especially now there's such a gap between the top five and bottom five teams.

Miami GP. Who the hell at Ferrari had given the all clear for the red and manky blue livery. It is awful. The drivers wearing washed out blue overalls. Pathetic to put it mildly.

Ferrari raced a couple of races at the end of 1964 using a blue and white livery with a big Ferrari prancing horse on the side. It was entered as NART ( North American Racing Team ), this was because Enzo got pissed of with the authorities because they had trouble giving the OK for the 250LM.
The cars were a ' proper Blue ' not a badly faded Levi jeans blue.

Austria. Another race, another whine session from Mclaren this time for Piastri about track limits. Makes a change from Norris how he could have , should have but didn't.
Formula 1 is now getting to be a bore festival. I don't care if the the same team / driver keeps winning. The TV coverage is getting worse. Not being disrespectful to the new viewers, it is dumbed down now. Aiming for the ' haven't got a clue what day it is viewer. This is about the same as the commentry.

To be honest, I have had about enough of F1. To many races, to much whingeing, to many points for being mediocre. Now they are talking about awarding points to 12th place. Not allowing other teams into their money cartel. I do prefer and always have the WEC formulas.
The first race I went to was a F2 race at Crystal Palace. F1 drivers were competing with F2 drivers, the F2 drivers getting the points in their championship. I believe this was about the last race their.
Well I will see if I can last the season of F1. I have my doubts.

I much prefer Indycar to F1 these days.

Does seem to be closer now but Verstappen still generally wins and he is basically a one man team.

If Perez was any good Red Bull would still dominate.

He must have something on Horner to keep his seat.

Obviously the sam with Stroll at Aston Martin who has a job for life.

Shame as no youngsters get a chance now unless they have money.

Yesterdays Sprint Race. Its effin boiling in Speilberg and T3 has no shade, we cooked yesterday, today webwill crisp off like fine crackling. Pic below was the vista yesterday
